Morocco, “Balancing Resilience and Sustainability in Agrifood Supply Chains: Evidence from Moroccan SMEs”

Boujrouf Asma is a dedicated Ph.D. student in Management Sciences at the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences at Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech in Morocco. She is actively engaged in conducting research on organizational resilience, risk management, supply chain (SC) management and SC resilience among others. She is currently engaged in her Ph.D. studies, focusing on supply chain resilience of exporting agrifood Small and Medium Enterprises in Morocco, under the supervision of professor Rigar Sidi Mohamed. She has presented her work at several international conferences in Morocco and abroad. A couple of her papers are under publication. Asma holds a Master’s degree in Auditing and Management Control from ISCAE Business School in Casablanca, Morocco. She also studied at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, and at Nanjing Audit University in Nanjing, China, as an exchange student.
