Mr NOMO BEYALA Bernard Clery is an assistant researcher and a lecturer in Economics at the University of Yaounde II. He wrote a thesis on “The macroeconomic effect of fiscal rules in developed and developing countries”. In addition to the issues of fiscal discipline and macroeconomic stabilisation, he also is interested in issues concerning income inequality, Institutions, Structural change and Environment and energy.
