Morocco, “The Challenge of Sustainability of the Moroccan Argan Grove: A neo-institutional analysis”
Dr. Brahim El Morchid is currently serving as a professor at Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech. He is also a senior researcher at the Laboratory of Social and Solidarity Economy, Governance and Development (LARESSGD) and Expert-Evaluator at the National Center for Scientific and Technical Research (CNRST-Rabat,Morocco). He holds post graduate diploma and Doctorate degrees in Economics. His research relates to the field of Institutional Economics, Sustainable Development and Public Policies. An important part of his research is devoted to African and Arab economies. He’s the author of numerous peer-reviewed publications. He took part in over a dozen research project, notably on business climate in Morocco, understanding reforms in Africa, use of social science research and air transport in the Arab world. Dr. El Morchid was elected and currently serving as a member of the CODESRIA's Executive Committee in Dakar.
