He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering with an MSc. in Sustainable Energy Systems and more than 15 years of professional experience managing projects that integrate engineering, the environment and social development. Francisco has worked in a variety of sectors, from large scale engineering projects, passing through environmental policy making and international negotiations, with a major step in environmental research and consultancy, ending with philanthropy and impact investment. He is now focusing on making biodiversity investments a driver for development."
