Dr . Hind Hourmat Allah is a Professor at Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech. She holds a PhD and an HDR in Management. She is a member of the LIRE-MD laboratory (Interdisciplinary Laboratory for Research and Studies in Management of Organizations and Company Law). Her research interests focus on the economy of fisheries resources, Gender issues, and climate governance. An important part of her research is devoted to African and Arab economies. She is the author or co- author of various publications in refereed journals, monographs and book chapters. She has been involved in several national and international research projects over the last ten years
