Odile Conchou is Senior Advisor on finance and biodiversity at the French Agency of Development (AFD) and TNFD Development Finance Network Lead. She previously was Financial Sector Lead at the Secretariat of the UN Convention on Biological Diversity. Previously, she held various positions in the AFD Group (notably Head of the ESG and Impact Department of Proparco, AFD’s private sector arm) and in public and private organizations. She holds a PhD in Ecology from the French National Center of Scientific Research.
